Optifit was born from a simple conversation: a PE teacher complaining about running the school tournament on Excel. Gabriel Dovat, still in compulsory school at the time, decided to build something better. The first product was straightforward — manage a tournament without a spreadsheet. But it worked.
AS Haute-Broye and ACVF, for their Graines de Foot tournament, were among the first to trust Arena. More sports associations followed — with bigger tournaments, different constraints, and above all new questions: what about team management? Attendance tracking? Equipment?
Every new request sparked a new idea, and every idea added a piece to the ecosystem we're building today. Optifit wasn't designed in a room — it was built on the sidelines, season after season.

A coach spent his Mondays counting replies to a call-up. Huddle was born from that list redone every week — and became the front door to the whole ecosystem.
