Optifit Network · Lausanne, Switzerland

Sport stands thanks to people. We build what keeps it running.

Optifit Network develops the digital infrastructure of clubs, associations and federations — with them, not for them. A suite of seven products, built progressively with the organisations themselves.

01 — The observation

A sports organisation is twelve systems that don’t talk to each other.

A spreadsheet for fees. A group chat for call-ups. A binder for equipment. A USB stick for licences. A shared document for sponsors — updated by one person, the one who made the file.

None of this is absurd: it’s what existed. The cost, though, is real — volunteer time, lost information, and an organisation resting on the memory of three people.

We build the layer that was missing underneath.

02 — The ecosystem

The beating heart of the ecosystem. Call-ups, attendance, events, communication between coaches, players and parents: Huddle runs the team’s week — and it’s where most of the data used by the other products comes from.

03 — The method

Clubs are not our customers. They are our co-authors.

Our tools are built directly with the clubs, associations and federations that use them. Every problem is raised from the field by those who experience it — and we work with them to understand it, prioritise it, and decide how to address it.

What we build is decided at the crossroads of three things: what organisations bring up from the field, what the monitoring actually observes, and what we choose not to do.

Field

Structured needs, prioritised by those who live them.

Monitoring

Journeys, friction, drop-offs, performance: real usage, not assumed usage.

Arbitration

Simplify before adding. A possible feature is not a necessary feature.

04 — The network

A network taking shape, sports hall after sports hall.

Clubs, cantonal associations, umbrella bodies: every organisation that joins the ecosystem makes it a little more useful for the next one.

05 — Stories

Collaborations, not testimonials.

Tell us what eats up your Saturdays.

A club, an association, a federation: we start by listening, not selling.
