How much does Optifit cost?
Each product has its own price, no bundle. Arena: first tournament free, then Optifit Arena at CHF 100 per year, unlimited tournaments. Huddle: CHF 0.30 per active member per month, no commitment. Upcoming products have no price, because they don’t exist yet.
What is an “active member” in Huddle?
A member only counts if they opened the app during the month. Invited parents and guardians follow call-ups without being billed.
Are Ludus, Luna, Forma, Quota and Mecenas available?
Not yet. They are needs that came up from the field, not in development yet, with no date announced. The order in which they arrive will be decided with the clubs. If one of them speaks to you, tell us: that’s what decides the order.
Does the app work on mobile?
Yes. Arena runs directly in your browser on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. No installation is required: you can simply add a shortcut to your home screen, just like a native app.
Can I manage multiple tournaments at the same time?
Yes, you can manage multiple tournaments from your account. Each tournament has its own configuration: teams, fields, schedules, and scores are all independent.
Are rankings calculated automatically?
Absolutely. Optifit automatically calculates points, goal difference, group standings, and qualifications for the final stages. Tables update instantly as soon as you enter a score.
Can results be shared online?
Yes. Each tournament comes with a public link you can share with clubs, players, and spectators. Results and standings are displayed live, with no account required.

Where is the data stored?
All data is hosted on secure servers in Switzerland. Your tournaments, teams, and results are saved automatically and remain your property.
Is my data shared?
No. Optifit does not share any data with third parties. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR. You can request deletion or export of your data at any time.
Is Optifit football-only?
No. Competition formats are the same from one sport to another — groups, Swiss system, knockout brackets. Arena has already run a forty-eight-player cornhole Swiss system over one afternoon.
How are product decisions made?
Through Optifit Community, the cooperative structure representing the organisations using our products. Umbrella bodies and associations appoint representatives, whom we train; what we build is decided at the crossroads of their feedback, monitoring and our arbitration.
